Our Process

Once we have received a brief, we are able to advise our clients on feasibility of design (taking cost into account), fabric selection through to fit and finish of the finished product. CAD drawn designs are submitted for visual reference in order to ensure the correct design path is taken. In some

instances where the garment is relatively simple in design and similar to a garment we have already supplied, we’re able to submit physical samples of the garment at this stage for consideration.

Once a design is approved, the garment can be sampled for a true visual representation of the desired garment. At this stage we are able to discuss

Lead Times

We keep our lead times as short as is practically possible at all times. Rest assured, whichever route is taken to manufacture our client’s garments, it’s always in safe hands. Once we receive your brief we will be in a position to advise on the appropriate solution and associated lead times. This is dependent on whether the garment is produced in-house or offshore. We only use established offshore manufacturers with whom we have built strong long lasting relationships, ensuring your garment is finished to exacting standards and your brand is protected at all times.
