Our complete work uniforms and safety workwear offering is further complimented by our bespoke uniforms offering.
We understand that in today’s competitive marketplace, standing out from the crowd and giving a business a strong image beyond the conventional is vital. Clothing your staff in a way that corresponds directly to your company branding gives businesses that essential edge.
As part of our ethos to be the complete clothing solution partner, we are one of the only uniform/workwear suppliers in the UK to own and operate an onsite UK manufacturing facility. This coupled with established supply chain routes in the Far East and Europe allow us to select the appropriate supply route depending on the garment, order volume and technical specification.
Below is a summary of just some of the bespoke uniforms and workwear we supply:
Our manufacturing unit has 2 tape seaming machines, dealing with simple PU coated fabrics, 2 layer laminated fabrics moving onto technical 3 layer fabrics.
We can test the seams in-house and demonstrate how we make your garment waterproof. Our bespoke tape seamed garments range from Parkas, Bomber Jackets, Overtrousers and Coveralls.
We have produced bespoke workwear for many high street names covering an extensive product range in a number of different styles, fabrics and colour combinations. Workwear Trousers - Action Trousers, Combat Trousers or Cargo Trousers to name but a few, to Bespoke T-shirts, Embroidered Work Shirts, Jackets and Waterproof Clothing.
One of the volume product lines we produce is boilersuits, also referred to as overalls or coveralls. Whether these are Fire Retardant Coveralls or just a standard bespoke coverall, our design team are on hand to carry you through the process from initial design to sample and finished garment with ease.
We certify all of our technical garments in the UK. Current certificates held include ISO 20471, ISO 14116, ISO 11611, ISO 11612, EN1149 and EN343. We have the technical knowledge to ensure your garment conforms to the correct standards to ensure all relevant safety clothing legislation is adhered to.
We have been involved in promotional products for many industries from supermarkets and high street retail outlets to boy bands. The garments supplied have ranged from standard screen printed clothing to bespoke, custom manufactured clothing.
Ordering bespoke clothing in the UK needn’t be a daunting prospect with Agentis Workwear. We nominate only specialist key account managers to take our clients through the entire process from design through to the finished product.
Whether your garment is manufactured in the UK or abroad, all of our workwear and bespoke uniforms can be printed or embroidered. At Agentis Workwear, we control all aspects of our production. We operate modern, state of the art machinery, which gives our customers the most precise finish to their clothing to further promote their corporate image in the best way possible.
Once we have received a brief, we are able to advise our clients on feasibility of design, costing, fabric types and selection through to colours, fit and comfort of the finished product. CAD drawn designs are submitted for visual reference in order to ensure the correct design path is taken. In some instances where the garment is relatively simple in design and similar to a garment we have already supplied, we’re able to submit physical samples of the garment at this stage for consideration.
Many technical garments must adhere to the relevant European standards for safety. So for example a standard Printed Hi Vis Vest must adhere to BS EN 471, superseded by ISO20471. Any garment requiring certification such as this ranging from standard Hi Vis to a more technical Fire Retardant or Anti Static garment will always adhere to the required standard keeping your staff and your business protected at all times.
Once a design is approved, the garment can be sampled for a true visual representation of the desired garment. This gives our clients the opportunity to receive feedback from decision makers or the workforce who will ultimately be wearing the garment.
We keep our lead times as short as is practically possible at all times. Rest assured, whichever route is taken to manufacture our client’s garments, it’s always in safe hands. We only use established manufacturers with whom we have built strong long lasting relationships, ensuring your garment and your brand is well protected.
