Free Delivery on Orders over £100

Lead Times

  1. From confirmation of an order, we are able to ship non decorated items within 2-4 working days of order providing stock is available and decorated items within 5-9 working days from the date when artwork is approved.
  2. Delivery dates mentioned in any quotation, acknowledgement of order or elsewhere are approximate only and not of any contractual effect. The Company shall not be under any liability to the Customer in respect of any failure to deliver on any particular date or dates.
  3. Goods may be delivered by the Company in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice wherever possible to the Customer.


  1. All of our deliveries are made via DPD and are delivered on a next day service before 12.00 noon.
  2. Our standard terms of carriage are £4.99 for orders under £100.00 Net and Free of Charge for all orders over £100.00 Net.
  3. Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you.
  4. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in Writing by a duly authorised person on behalf of the Company, the Company may affect delivery of the Goods in one or more installments.

Refunds and Exchange

  1. We are able to accept the return of any garment/product for an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase providing it is:
    1. Fit for resale
    2. Has not been worn/used
    3. Has not had any labels removed
    4. Returned in the original packaging
    5. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Agentis Workwear Ltd will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
    6. Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above and will be subject to restocking fees of £2.50 per garment on corporate clothing and 20% on all other items to cover our administration costs. If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second carriage charge may apply. 
    7. All returns must include a Returns Form. Returns and will take approximately 5 working days to process once the goods have arrived.  All shipping back to Agentis Workwear Ltd is paid for by the customer.


  1. Goods supplied to order which are modified, personalised or produced to customers own specified requirements are NON-RETURNABLE.
  2. We are unable to accept the return of garments/products that have been:
  • modified, personalised or produced to customers own specified requirements
  • decorated (embroidered, printed, screen printed etc.)
  • personalised in size or fit particular to your specific order
  • bespoke manufactured according to your specific order

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

  1. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact the company within 48 hours and return goods accompanied with a Returns Form. Goods can only be returned with a returns authorization number obtained from The Company upon notification.


  1. Shortages in quantity delivered must be notified to the Company within 48 hours of receipt of the Goods. The Company cannot accept any shortage queries after 48 hours.
